We are looking for energetic architects with three or more years of experience and with an interest in project types including mixed-use (multi-family/ retail/ office), K-12, student housing, civic, and/or higher education. Maria Frissora joins us as a recent graduate of Kent State University and was an intern with a local healthcare firm. Maria is ready and determined to bring her fresh set of design skills to Design Collective and the A&D community.

Design Collective is looking for a talented, self-motivated design professional, with entry to mid-level experience, to join our Urban Design studio in Baltimore and focus on urban design/ planning projects. A degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university) is a requirement, as is a portfolio. Importantly, candidates should have a passion for planning and designing livable, engaging, and sustainable places at a variety of scales. Sydney Weller comes to us with two years of experience and a background in tenant improvements and corporate lobby renovations projects. She also has experience in retail, medical office, and industrial design projects.

After graduating Cum Laude from the Columbus College of Art & Design he joined us full time! During his time with us, Conor has had a chance to experience both Workplace and Hospitality design. He comes with an understanding of fabrication and spent the past four years at CCAD also employed in the fabrications lab and wood shop. Not only does he play basketball and explore the city by bike every chance he gets, he makes sure to be constantly creating.
